I Have a quick questions about templates

    If i buy templates from templates monster or another template site im i allowed to sell it if i have never used it?

    Probably not! They'd need to have a resell or similar license to sell them.

    As far as I know when you purchase a template from Templatemoster you agree to their rules which is you cannot redistribute or resell the template unless you purchase it outright.

    If they state that it's "royalty-free" then you can.. but MOST sites don't allow you to do so.
