Hi guys, I was wondering how many DP members actually use craigslist Dot come for advertising and making money? I'm just trying to get an idea because I have a free classified ad site opening up here this week. I was seriously thinking about making a public announcement in the freebies section for a limited quantity of "Featured ads" as the actual freebie. They are running at $4.95 for now but will soon go up to $9.95 ater 30 days. I made some categories for people like us who market web services and internet products too so that should help build interest. Would you guys be interested in something like this or not? Thanks... I use to use CL for business, I know they started charging a while back... (makes people post in the gigs section more though) but my city is one of those lesser populated cities so it's still free

Themain cat is Jobs Subs are: Marketing Sales writing/edit Web Design Trade/skill .. where Programmers can be listed Main Cat Services: Advertising Computer These are what I listed so far and can be added to. Severything, The only charges that I will most likely have is for the Featured ads. Everything else is free. Hey PaidHosting, What type of site did you try to post? Perhaps that is why you were flagged aye? If you simply posted a content site, yes they will be flagged and removed every time. Usually services of some kind make out pretty well there.
