I have a quick question about vBulletin

    You know i am not new to the design world even tho this question might seem like it comes from a newbe but i truly dont know what vBulletin is. If anyone would be so kind and explain to me what it is i will greatly appriciate it.

    Vbulliten is a paid forum script, and itd the best in many peoples opinion, including mine.
