    I have a question to indian paypal users, do you guys have any such problems facing that you are using saving account of any banks ie axis,hdfc,sbi,etc debit cards that was added to paypal and getting problems like banks not issuing the transfer money asking the questions or paypal account banned or limited or any other issue.

    I m asking this question cause i m planning to open a paypal account as you can check below the Disclaimer on axis bank;

    Please do not use your Debit Card or online banking facility or any other means for collecting and effecting / remitting payments directly /indirectly outside India in any form towards overseas foreign exchange trading through electronic/internet trading portals. You would be liable for contravention of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999 besides being liable for violation of regulations relating to Know Your Customer (KYC) norms / Anti Money Laundering (AML) standards. For further details on this, please refer to RBI Circular: A.P. (DIR Series) Circular No. 46 dated Sep 17, 2013

    First of all, you are not transfering money to swiss bank using paypal.
    You will probably make payments for shopping etc.
    If you are selling, you will get payments for your products.

    Also, using a debit card is not of much use. I don't think that banks are allowing paypal to use your debit card and make payments. I don't know recent updates, but a while ago, ICICI bank did not allow using their debit card on paypal to make payments.
    You'd need a credit card instead.
    I might be wrong on this point and your bank might allow a debit card. Talk to customer care and ask them if you can "use your debit card on paypal to make a payment."

    Take care

    Paypal Transfers are purely legal.
