I have a question.. PLEASE help if you know the answer to it.

Hellp DP users!

I am working for a law Firm and noticed that our competitors and previous attorneys are going online and posting some nasty reviews of our firm. What do you suggest we do? I dont think that doing the same thing to them is an option, so dont bother telling me to do this!

I guess what Im asking for is... Should we hire someone to post reviews to drain out the negative ones? What other options do we have?

Please, any help is greatly appreciated.

Aside from that, how can you be sure that they are from competitors? They may be some customers with genuinely bad experiences.

Surely, a person who works for a Law Firm knows how to handle such. How about asking for a consultation from the Law firm then?

 

Everyone has right to speak his mind. You can't edit their posts on wish and even if you comment there they are not fools to publish your comments.

So only option you have to spread positiveness. post positive things about your firm, more in amount than them. And if they are being nasty and unethical go to court.

 

are you a lawyer? or are you just a clark? if you were a lawyer then you should know what to do and this thread is pure BS

 

If it's slander, then just sue them and get the money lol

Yes, you are working for law firm, then you must know that you can claim for insult. In my country, there is law for it and your enemy will be fined with big amount.

He is busy in his job. Can't you see he is a lawyer. a busy person one with so many clients.

If you dont have any advise, then why post??? If you all wouldve read the post correctly, you wouldve seen that I said I rec ently started working for a law firm!

I know its from a competitor because our competitor was on speaker when he called the primary council and said "I will slander you on the these websites"! Need any more proof?

And we cannot sue anyone because there is REALLY nothing we can do. Websites that post reviews are not liable for what people post nor do they check if the review is in fact true or not!

I reckon you should flood them out with good reviews. If they are showing up in Google, then out-SEO them.
