I have a Question on Domains...

    I was looking up domains of go daddy and Just for kicks I look at myspace. com and it has X X X X for everyone except .info. How do they get that X? When I look at mine it says you can backorder it.
    Was Just curious on how they lock that in

    I am just guessing here, but Im going to say they have it registered for a very long time or have it on automatic renew (so it never expires and thus cannot backorder).

    Hm, I was talking about the .com, maybe you were talking about the .info he mentioned later. I did some research but couldnt find the answer, but Im pretty sure it has something to do with auto-renew or registered for a very long time.
