Is this place bunk or scam or what??

Ive noticed hes giving away $25 Free to all new accounts and $10 for every referral ... How can he afford to do that?? Thanks

 

I joined when it first launched and have had about 30 referrals so far and have received the payment on them all. I have requested 4 checks or so and they all cleared my bank.

revolutionmoneyexchange is 1000 times better than paypal, no scam ive been using them for the last 2 - 3 months doing transactions no problem

if this service were to start expanding to other countries paypal would be in huge trouble......
