    Feb 23, 2012
    Your PIN will be mailed 3-5 days after the date listed above.

    and today is 1 March but nothing arrive ? plz tell me for this, why not arrive ?

    mailed within 3-5 days doesn't mean it will arrive within 3-5 days when they are mailing from US to Albania

    If you live outside United States, then wait for more than 15 days.

    It took 5 months for my PIN to arrive.. just imagine.. waiting is the only thing you can do if that is your first PIN request..

    3~5 days is for them to post the PIN out, you still need to wait until the PIN post reach to your place. Normally need to wait about 14 days
