No that is not allowed.

 

So for example I am not allowed to pay them 50p if they complete offers?
What am I allowed to do with it?

 

What about free stuff, like a free game?

When I create a vitrual currency widgit, however am I allowed to give virtual currency for people to use on prizes such as ipods?
