    I had a thread:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1277167

A fellow member Wisdomtool mentions on the last post of my thread that the thread is being bumped and even the OP has done so.

How is that possible. Between his post and me last post there are 24 posts. From which angle can that be called bumping.

And this is my survival, why would I bump it.
I've been very specific about guidelines, and always speak to message moderators, if I think I'm wrong or something I don't understand happens.

Anyone has an answer to this. Why should someone else report my thread out of the blue. I can clearly see in the content section that thread owners make posts very frequently, and everyone's thread is running.

    Please help.

    Regards, n.

The number of replies is completely irrelevant. Please read all of the rules and stickies, and you'll know what types of posts are bumps here. Just for a few:

    1. Do not post to say thank you.
    2. Do not post to say you're interested in an offer.
    3. Do not post to say you're going to PM someone.
    4. Do not post to say you've sent a PM.
    5. Do not post to say anything like "assignment delivered."
    6. Do not post to say anything like "work accepted."
    7. Do not post to update on the status of any orders.
    8. Do not post to say you're available for more work.

The majority of your own responses in that thread could constitute bumping and be eligible for infractions.
