Whats the best CPM i should use on its proxified page. Because i've notice its just using up my bandwidth and its causing me to move my other proxies to another server. I was thinking i should use two 468x60 banners from two different CPM companies and maximize on that. Any suggestions? I can sign up with the CPM companies using my main website which would be accepted by the company and then i will just use the code.
