I transferred GBP 10 from my bank account to my Alertpay account. The funds have arrived in my Alertpay account but are listed in my Total Balance but NOT in my Available Balance, therefore I am not able to use it. The funds were transferred on 12th June, it is now 24th July. I have emailed Alertpay several times and have had two responses requesting the full details of which I have sent. My last email was over a week ago and I still haven't received a response. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions for another course of action? Is there any official place I can complain?
