Wrong. Google may send you a courtesy email once, but they can also terminate the account on the very first offense. You violated the adsense tos, you now have a lifetime ban and any appeal with be denied.
Google think that you maintain two adsense account and that's the possible reason why your account was blocked. You can remove the adsense ads on your site by deleting the code. But you can't reapply for another adsense account using your name and same postal address.
Sounds like you have been warned already... and didn't comply. You know why your account was disabled man. oh, and you can NOT have another account in your name either.

What I hate about you is that you're obviously not listening to us and defending your warez posts. We're giving you ideas as to why they terminated it but your site is very suspicious nonetheless so Google takes steps to ensure they don't lose clicks to illegal activities.
