    i can not open my site....
    its happend daily on about 5 PM
    after 9 its open again...
    what is this problem...

    Talk to them and move ... if not any solution is offered ...

    May be your host goes off to enjoy at that time. :D

    Use a better host which is well known and not cheap ones.

    I believe the hosting was down for something. Don't worry, Most host do that.
