I think the best way to earn some money is to sell links. Post your offers in the Buy/Sell area and you will get some buyers.
You'll need targeted traffic..you should promote your site in specific forums, blogs and through social networking & bookmarking sites which people generally recommend like facebook, stumbleupon, squidoo, twitter, digg and so on.

I suggest you should join in blog marketing and blog advertising... You get paid by review or post review about the advertiser's website (paid blogging0 and also affiliate marketing...
Well if the only thing going for it is PR then sell some textlinks, but if you have a decent amount of traffic I would pump in some affiliate links and start an opt-in mailing list.
PR3 by itself does not mean much. the best would be to create a blog join one of the paid to blog companies and start making money. ooups, just noticed that the author is banned
