I have a pr1 site i'm hoping to getting higher faster

    I really needs someones help my pr1 site is not going any where i would like to rise to to at least a four. I tryed to buy like but i'm trying to save money. i have a coulpe of links already. what i'll trying to say I would like to move up faster and cheaper.

    I just got a site from PR 0 to PR 5 in about 2 months (it was a PR5 at the 4/4/06 update).

    I used directory submissions, article submissions via Isnare.com, and a few recip links to do it.

    That last update was screwed up though. Personally, I think a lot of sites received PR that shouldn't have. I had a site with only 2 backlinks that went from N/A to a PR5. lol

    As for kirby009, what's your definition of fast? Afterall, no matter what you may have done in the past 2 months, even get linked on Google's homepage wouldn't have affected your visible PR. The toolbar PR is only updated every so often, so patience is key.

    Focus on your content and building links as adamjthompson suggested and you'll get there.

    Exchange links with similarly themed websites with good PR. Make sure that the textlink is made up of keywords you're targetting for in your SERPs.
