So my page is about a soccer national team and I can get the audience really fired up on different topics plus images and I also have a website. On facebook I post articles from the site but it seems the response is not that big, any tips on driving traffic to the website? Thanks
Hi there, how I did for this is change the title of the articles that I'm posting on Facebook. An example is, 'The man scored the goal again', type something that would entice others like, 'Why was the victory a mere chance?' or 'Could our national team still win if opposition's goal keeper is more alert?' Another I often see is that, articles are posted without a featured image. Choose a picture that you are attract to within the first 5 seconds of looking at it. If it captures your attention, it will for others too. Get your friends and family to share your articles too. I hope my suggestions helps!
Heres a way, keep your page active, and ask other small pages or struggling pages to pay you, and you promote their page on your page. you can charge them by the number of times you would share their page. Because you know that facebook has a specific limit to which you can share a page.
if those are real and engaging fans than you can use FB app. if you need help on apps i can show you a very simple way. so basically you can create an app and add it to the page near the likes tab and the app can show your site in facebook or just redirect to your site The app will gather your fb visitors email and send them to your autoresponder -> now you can market to them outside facebook and this is good as in facebook people dont look for where to spend money but outside of it its another story. The app is also capable of making your content viral. It can be set to post to user wall. Now you post on your page the link to your app and every one who visits the link will give you his email and post about the app on his wall -> viral -> more visitors -> more email-> more $$$ Will appreciate some feedback.
traffic is what everybody is looking for you'll need to do some test on what works for your niche, maybe use facebook groups too as there may be a lot of groups about sports out there, post some really funny or engaging images those also work good.
