If you're asking that, then you're best taking some time to read about SEO:

Start with this post at SEOmoz about their new beginner's guide. In general, their blog has a lot of good information about SEO. Their user-submitted blog is good, too. You're choosing a competitive niche, so it will be time well spent.

Search Engine Land is a good place to read about Google updates such as Panda and Penguin, particularly how to avoid falling a victim of them (such as avoid the common stupid advice on forums such as "blog comments", "forum posts" and "directory submission").

    Good luck!

Maybe you should start with changing your current logo, it's not so appealing. Then, you can start adding more articles, commenting on niche related blogs, adding your site in free directories, guestposting on niche related websites and so on. If you keep repeating those for a while, your site will become successful in no time!
