    any suggestions so when traffic comes to the website
    people will sign up for an MLM business?

    You can easily create a joomla website for this purpose. They have many extension which can help you to run the business in no time.

    Increase the page width.
    Increase the font.
    Remove UNNECESSARY ALL CAPS WORDS
    Bold the benefits.
    HIghlight the price.


    That's all I can think of in first glance.
