I have a lot of traffic, and I can have more than 10,000 people visit a certain affiliate page (the number is increasing every day). So I need a good impressions based affiliate program. I tried AFF, but the conversion is pretty low there probably because first it's adult based. I had like 12 sign ups per 10,000 visits. So is there a good paying impressions based affiliate program paying for visits and not for sign ups or purchases?
Seems like there aren't that many good impression-based or click-based affiliate programs nowadays. Or at least I haven't been able to find many.

Whats your traffic like? Why would you send it to dating/adult? Is it mostly foreign markets? have you ever tried FreeLotto? its a most impressive offer for foreign markets and they sometimes allow adult.
