I have a great product - How do I get started?

I have a great product that I would like to sell through affiliate marketing.

It is a physical book (50 pages) and an instructional DVD in a great niche.

I will be converting the book into an ebook and making the video into a downloadable format.

I have a great video clip of some promotion we did for the product on the local news and also a couple good audio clips from radio interviews.

It is currently for sale on our website with minimal traffic for $29.99. The product converts about 50% of the time, but this is for highly targeted traffic from the news or radio programs.

How do I get started getting affiliates? should I submit my product to clickbank? What should I charge and offer as commission for the product? I will be paying the $29.99 to the creators of the product and any profits that I make I keep.

I would sell it through Clickbank. Also you can contact webmasters in your niche to show them your prodcut which they can promote.

 

The price is currently $29.99 and this is the price that the creators would like to get for the product. I was thinking about selling it for $49.99 for I could offer a good commission to the affiliates ($15 per sale or so). and then I could pocket the extra $5 and any amount that I could get them to reduce the price by because they will no longer have to pay for the printing of the books and DVDs.
Are there any good threads for clickbank tutorials and how to get started?

Clickbank is the best for publisher.

 

With the affiliate network AffiliatePLY you can advertise your product wth your video. While Clickbank is the most common ebook affiliate network. You might want to join both.
