I have a forum - need SEO

    Ok I have a forum that is at the top of the second page of google with practically no SEO.

    The topic is not very competitive.
    I want to get in the top 4.
    If you can do this for me for a fair price and guarantee that position then I am interested in your SEO service.

    noone can "guarantee" you #1 and every halfway serious SEO knows that.
    I can give you a site-analysis for $10 paypal and if needed i can also do the work/editing cheap...depends how complex your site is.
