    see Clickbank.com for real estate related ebooks, courses, etc..
    Or use my site www.affiliatesLLC.com to generate RSS feeds that will match your page content..

    And also, isn't adsense just one more option here?

    Most affiliate programs are cookie based. You don't have much control of what is sold. Some say about 40% of the sales are not counted. Another thing is with affiliate programs you market somebody elses website, so the client will go the next time directly to the sellers website bypassing you.

    I am looking for something to sell, that I will have more control over the sale. That could be programs with resseller rights. eBooks, software etc. And if the seller offers templates so much the better.
