wait.... who paid for the domain name?

I sell domains and hosting, having a domain in "my account" does not mean it is mine. If it has been paid for by a client, it belongs to them. If a client is a pain in the arse, you give EPP code, and let them GTFO.
Only if a chargeback is done, can a host take the domain as their own. Trust me, I have had a number of clients that I could not work with, but it is important to always walk with integrity, and if need be, help them to move on to another service.

For the domain, you can try to sell it. It is best to stick to subjects you are familiar in, and passionate about.
My ideas though, would be to make it about different campus in india, and places to study. Have it like a portal / subject search engine, and see if you can find stores that sell student equipment, books, etc, and advertise that on your site (like affiliate links kind of thing). Like if someone is reviewing where to study IT, on that page, have ads that relate to IT books. If someone does a search on where to study legal, on that page, you might have ads relating to legal books etc.

OR make it a social place for indian collages, like facebook.... just a thought.
