I have a dilemma!

I'm about to buy a domain for a new information based site. I have a choice of the following, which one do you think is the best?

    two-words.net or threewords.info

My keyword is two words long so I'm put off the three word one as it might dilute it and I'm put of the hyphen one cos I've had them before and I think they rank sites funny.

With regards to the .net - .info I'm not sure, what do you think?

Premium and less relevant .info or hyphen and ugly?.net

    Thanks

    The shorter the better.

Besides hyphenated domains may rank high as well.

In regards the NET extension, it's ideal as main NETwork site.

I suppose that is not really good idea here to show domain names you are interested in on public.

Most people wouldn't go after this anyway, it's too hard for most dper's I have to outrank a PR5 and a PR4. The only good thing about it is the easy sub niches! piece of cake!
