This problem about PR.
http://www.*****.com/index.php?ptype= PR is 4
http://www.*****.com/ PR is 4 too
but http://www.*****.com/index.php PR is 0

That is good for seo ?
How to del "?ptype= " and http://www.*****.com/index.php PR 4?
How http://www.*****.com/index.php became PR4.????

 

Any body can help me ???

 

Why is this bad, your links go to your main page, not index.php, there is the same problem when you use links without www or something.

That's common,,My site homepage PR=0,and innerpage's PR=5,
I think the only thing you should do is gain more links,and wait..
and Now my Homepage's PR=4.

 

Check your Internal links and External links.
They all should linked to http://www.*****.com/index.php
Not -> http://www.*****.com/index.php?ptype=

Permanent redirect http://www.*****.com/index.php?ptype= TO http://www.*****.com/index.php

I think it is no problem with that. Your domain has PR4 but that index.php doesn´t. Do not be worried about that.

if these two URL are same contents then
it is normal that G only select one from these two URL to have a PR on
