Should i block google from showing their ads on my page? my users are not looking for that and it could be hurting my click through rate.

ok, first of all, Google is not forcing you to show ads. You placed the AdSense code, so you can get it out whenever you want to.

no ur misunderstanding.... i want google adsense, but just not banners that point to google adwords.

I only want baby related banners and links, but the adwords banner keeps poppipng up.

    Hi,
Have you ever implement adsense section targeting? It helps in displaying relevant ads to your content

Let me explain you how this works.
Google displays ads based on two things:
    - your sites content (in this case babies)
    - the visitor's last google search

Now don't worry, because all I see is baby-related ads. You may see adwords ads because you've been looking for that lately.

it is also possible that google is not having enough ads for that niche in their inventory.
