    If you have an arrangement with Nokia to use their trademark, then yes. However, if you don't, your ad will get disapproved once reviewed. Google are very zealous about this sort of thing - we are approved for specific trademark use and sometimes they even disapprove our ads!

    wow i wouldnt think google enforced trade mark rights in their addwords campaigns thats amazing and im sure requires a ton of customer service overhead on their part

    It's mostly done automatically by running your ad against a match list of trademarked terms. I believe the allowance exceptions are done by flagging certain terms against specific accounts, but they only apply to text ads rather than image or display.

    There are various black hat ways you can beat the trademark matching, but in general Google are smart to them and they only last a certain amount of time before they're caught on a manual review.
