I have a $800 dollar job for an excellent writer who will post to news article sites

I am looking to find someone who will write articles on the real estate niche and recieve payment based upon whether the article gets accepted to social news sites.

If the article gets approved by me to represent my sites, gets accepted into 3 of the toughest social media sites with a link back to my site I will pay upto 100 dollars an article.
