The system will notice during the next maintenance cycle and reimburse you. There's even a report for that called the Invalid Clicks report.

I've got a 200% CTR for a keyword also. if it only happens once or twice, there is no need to worry, but be careful if it happens too often. That means something's wrog, and you have to pause that specific keyword, to avoid spamming.

And yes, Google will reimburse you, I received money from Google saying that there was some problems with my clicks, and they didn't charge me for those specific clicks.

Did you actually pay twice for that? That is ridiculous!

Not an error. I've seen it quite a few times and I've even tested how it can happen.

you pay for everyclick, but you will get your money back. At least I did, when google made some errors with my clicks.

Its because the collection and reporting of Clicks and Impressions go through different systems and reporting.

Then Clicks are presented on the user interface at a more timely manner than Impressions. Usually this sort of irregularity only shows up if you are trying to get new stats.

If you go to a previous day or month you shouldn't see this happening, if you are then there is a problem.

If the next day it still says %200, then Google should reimburse you that day or the next. If they don't, contact them. ;)
