    Hey guys,

A while ago, I picked a product, wrote some articles, made a landing page + newsletter, and kind of forgot about it for about a month and a half. Now I have 75~ subscribers, all that signed up for this niche related newsletter I wrote, but now what? Should I send a mass email out to my list with a call to action to buy the product? Or should I send them more free newsletters and THEN give them a call to action? I'd appreciate any suggestions/help.

    Thanks.

I know, but in reality I didn't put in much work at all, I just kind of want to see how well it will work (the list) and wondered how I could make this convert. If I saw some of these convert Im sure it'd give me inspiration to write more articles + put in more work.

I think what swerd was saying is: create a series of emails and plug them into your auto responder (every 4 days or so). Many buyers will need to see an offer 3-4 times before they will buy. It also allows you to build a relation with them.

Your emails should start softer and get harder as you go along (sales pitch wise). Give them useful info but leave them wanting more.

after they have received your set of emails. you could mass email and stronger calls to action.

there are many ways to manage a list and sometimes it depends on the niche but this is a pretty simple but effective method.

74% of my sales come from emails, so there is a value to them. I run a blog, so it's not that difficult for me establish a strong relationship with my subscribers. That's the key. Make them trust you, then you can sell them anything. I had one guy purchase 4 products from me. So yeah, email marketing is powerful but you need more subscribers.

I once heard that every subscriber is worth about $1 per month. If that is true you should be making at least $75 every month. Also don't come out of the blue and ask them to buy something. Talk to them on your niche and give them some good free info. On the 8th to 10th message ask them to buy something. It'll increase your conversions.
