    I can't use paypal at the moment.
    I want site at least earning 2 to 4 dollars a day.

    Agreed. $2 a day is $60 a month, and if you can find someone willing to sell a site for only 1 month's worth of revenue, then they are scamming you or lying about what it really earns.
