Dear all i am have 2 different sites one is a blog (http://smilebank.blogspot.com) and 2nd is a food recipes (www.recipesmela.com) i have placed my adsense on both of sites i have alomost 500 visitors on smilebank but my earning is very slow can anyone suggest me how to improve my earning on both of my sites. also i need suggestions regarding to SEO because i am new to SEO regards riaz shah
Hello moon_gfx77, To get into SEM your first target should be to drag more and more traffic.And for max tarffic start using social media and socialbookmarking of ur blog!
Try moving your ads around its all trial and error in the game as whats works on your site might not work on another site. Use stumbleupon get loads of traffic coming from there.
Nice sites. I see that aren't optimized for adsense. It will be interesting if this 500 visitors are from Google, and how many clicks are for this 0.4 $ Also for recipesmela try to change the meta keywords (mantain them to a resonable number) and the meta description (keep ~ 250 characters ). For meta description try to don't use to many commas. Also try to make some link exchange with similar sites. Good luck.
Hi Riaz, I have also a sms site(not in my signature) and the earning and traffic is similar to you. I saw your site, there are lots of Adsense unit. If you check your analytic then maximum people return after viewing home page and w/o clicking ads.. the result is more page impression and less click , thats means less CTR and less earning. What I have planned is to remove my ads from home page and put them on next landing page... the result is page impression and click ratio is higer and it has increased my earning. You can also try this trick..
Earnings can vary a lot from one time to another. Have a long term view and don't get discouraged by short term results. More traffic can't hurt, so find more ways to promote your site.
