This is the only place where I've seen someone recommend to start up a business with only $500. Building a domain is considered a business now? Figured it would be a hobby that turns into profit.
Give it to me for my birthday present ? Or Build a community forum, advertise, make big popular forum and then marketise, or blogs would be good, I personnally use proxies, but thats only cos there so easy , only making $2/day but its all good
It's easy to blow money, anyone can do that. First prioritize and visualize what you want to do and the money will be needed further down the road.
I would suggest hitting amazon.com and buying a book called 'the 4 hour work week' by Timothy Ferriss. Spend some time reading it - and then just go for it! Don't spend money until you have a plan - or it will vanish and you will have nothing to show for it.

It is very important to define whether this one should be a primary business or you just want to bring some money to your pocket. I would put the question this way - "What are you good for?" If yo uare good at writing, then start blogging. If you are good dealer/trader start reselling something (hosting, domain, SSl certificates, or other web services).
