Actually, I just heard about this site called TwtMob. It's free to join and basically advertisers contact you to tweet about their products to your followers. They don't even have to click on anything. Your payment is formulated based on your number of followers and retweets. You sound like a prime candidate! I've never used it myself, but I have a friend who only has 5000 followers and she's making some good cash from this.

Try one of those sites that pay you for a certain amount of clicks. Or you could just sell the twitter account, it might hold some value just because of the followers.

 

best way is to redirect the traffic to you own site and build your own list. then your followered are gonna become you assets! you can monetize them whenever you wanna. of course ,you have to provide valuable thing first.

Consider how many tweets you can read at one sitting before you get bored or bogged down - now that's truly how many followers you have. You can make a tweet with a link to your target product. How it convert is going to depend on the category of followers you have.

My guess is these are not niche related followers so you might be best off just throwing some cpa offers at it. But if they are targeted and niche related that could certainly be a goldmine, I'd link it my blog and get to work. Cpa offers adsense and any other related products to my niche. Tes some stuff out.

 

You can use your followers to sell them affiliate products. But always use good and targeted product.
