I wish i saw this topic earlier :p
Too bad im already talking to a few interested parties to sell my site :/

It's a software blog with open source applications i made (and still making) for computer science students and the general public, but due the lack of time i can't post a lot so im planning to sell it to the people that were interested in buying and hope they will continue to make it a great site.

    site: http://www.engineeringserver.com/blog
my current open source projects: http://www.engineeringserver.com/blog/engineeringserver-projects/

Save your money. I would not invest in a web site. You can build these things yourself. Keep the cash.

I charge 1,500$ for my techniques which don't even need a website to bring in money. You can bring traffic to any site. But better yet, how would you like to get 1,000 uniques generated through the search engines from high targeted keywords pointing to your affiliate product everyday? Guaranteed to work best thing of all is once you setup most of it which takes about 1-3 days you don't have to touch it and all you gotta do is pay your server bill and add more "things"(ill call it that) to your server which brings in even more traffic.

I am having great success with click bank right now. I use to use this method for proxies and sold them off for 400$ every week. But now i see its better potential in the affiliate fields and it can be used for any kind of site to drive about 1,000 uniques a day to any site with minimum investment put into it so you can see the potential.

Lately i've tried 10 "things" an investment of 20$ and turned that traffic which is now picking up speed (around 100-500 uniques a day) pointed at a product which isn't exactly the greatest conversion. A repair affiliate product and well its made over 240$ off a 20$ investment so far this month. I've now tried 3 other offers an investment of 60$ or so and ill post results soon if anyone is interested.

If it works out good for these products i could see 1,000$ a month for a 80$ investment, now this traffic doesn't end it stays with you. so imagen the possiblities if i increased the "things" output or even added 20$ investments to almost all top products on click bank. 10,000$ a month isn't very far off, in fact. clickbank is the first affiliate market im trying this with. and with hundreds of other affiliate markets out there... well the possiblities are endless.

One person using these methods which i know personally makes around 20,000-30,000$ a month off CJ. he invests 500$ or so every month plus server costs. This technique is worth hundreds of thousands to be honest and i don't know why i am selling it so cheap. mostly because nobody here can really afford over that. but i don't plan to sell this on a mass scale only to a select few a month. If your interested let me know but there are two other people who are in line and one who has already purchased and is having great results. its on a first come first serve basis. but the two ahead of you haven't collected the money yet so if you jump in now you are next.

(BTW since you have 5,000$ to spend, you could basically see 5,000-10,000$ monthly income in 2 weeks. If you are really dedicated and are willing to spend time to do this technique *its not hard at all but the work can get tedious, its not like your writing articles or anything like that its more of a adding these "things" to a program and if you have "1000 things" to add it gets tedious* but who can complain when its auto run after your done!)

With 3,000$ left over after technique fees and a server if you don't already have one. You could have 3,000$ to invest into this which could buy you about "1,200" things. My friend only has "1,000 things" and he pulls over 20,000$ minimum a month! He doesn't even try to go past that, he considers himself successful and pretty much sits on his bum all day spending his money. Imagen if you made that much and you re-invested 15,000$ of it every month... these affiliate marketers making 500$ a day after ppc costs wouldn't have a thing on you! your like 98% profit and you don't even have to do research!

Although i don't recommend putting all your eggs in one basket, just look at this as a ticket to explore more areas of the internet market. With 20,000$ a month you could invest 15,000$ into a very unique and amazing site you create which could spawn the new myspace. With that kind of budget its almost impossible to fail.

Sorry if this seems like a sales pitch to you but i am excited about the possibilities of this technique. Even if you decide not to buy it for the money making part, if you are hard set on making a website only then this still works for you. 1,000+ uniques every day to your website for a 20$ investment. Your site could explode over night.

If you hire somebody to write what you wanted to say in your post, i'm maybe interested, but from this post i can't understand nothing. For selling something for $1500 you should first have a professional sales copy.

haha i know its hard to explain without giving out too much detail. let me write down what i am trying to say in a equation sort of sense.

say i buy 10 of a product called X. Now X brings in 1,000 uniques a day for me with any keywords and any market niche. X costs 20$ to bring in 1,000 uniques a day.

I use X to send these 1,000 uniques a day to affiliate offers or a website to make money.

Traffic received through X is all search engine traffic and is premium. USA/EUROPE etc.

Do you see the potential in this? I hope that kinda made a little more sense lol

I would try to get Scorpiono to sell me his main website for a $xxxx - though he gets 999 buying requests / day from people that only have 1$ in paypal, and that's pretty annoying.

You want to invest in a pre-made website? 1000 visits/day? 80 pageviews/visit!?!? over 2 million pageviews per month? - according to awstats. Revenue: 4-5$/day + 150$/monthly from flat ads.
Hit me up for a live chat!

Buy an established music site for about 1K to 2K. Buy offshore hosting and spend the remaining on marketing.

There are a LOT of things you can do with $5000. First off, I would develop a very good digital product (not an eBook), probably something like an image uploading script that has a feature(s) that none others have. I'd then build a very modern website, get it all setup for sales, and then spend the remainder of money link-building/SEO/private ads.

Buy more signature links (other forums too) and also buy some links from various sites. Add your site to various bidding directories as mikey says ;)

    tools...its all about the resources.

Buy a lifetime membership to article marketer

Buy SEO Elite if you don't have it

Buy something else that gives you an edge in the learning curve online...Maybe some sort of coaching that comes with a guarantee...Only from RESPECTED GURU's though...Maybe Perry Marshal?

Or, build a site, and run a $5k Coregistration Campaign with Permission Data for 10,000 leads...

All viable options...but more importantly, buy something you'll get some solid use out of. Get quality hosting, and tools you'll need day to day, that you'll always use. Buy photo shop, or dreamweaver for all your future graphics.

Unless its coaching from someone you respect and trust, I usually never buy information, I always go for the tools.

Also check out Book marking demon, and other reputable software that helps in your SEO efforts...Good SEO is all about automation if you can get the right tools and learn to use them efficiently.

So I'd say take about $1,000 or more off the top to buy some of the above mentioned tools. After buying those tools, spend what you must to learn an area of marketing well enough to call yourself an authority on the subject. (PPC, SEO, List Building, etc...)

With the remaining money, Build a site up, (perhaps your own consulting site?), and go to it.

    Just some thoughts.
