    theres a lot of questions still needs to be answered before you get a solid reply.. how many % are fake likes?? did you buy 3m in fiverr, addmefast? then thats something.. 2nd whats the niche all about?? are you posting nude or sexy pics to get the likes? if so dating offer. is it ajoke or meme niche? then something enjoyable and so forth.

    You need to make sure that whether the likes you have are all genuine or they are fake. If they are genuine then you will have a good reference for sharing your content or product and drive traffic from Facebook page. You will have to target location as per your need.

    Leave all of them, Listen to me.....Make a website on any niche similar to your fb page....and then start referring your site through your facebook page..... use ppc services on your websites that pay you a lot of money....... believe me.....its working..... i have couple of friends that also earn through in this way through have a huge facebook pages......

    Why don't you create a blog and start promoting that on the Facebook page?
    Again it all depends on what the page about. What kind of audience you have.. real or fake likes.. etc...
