Hi guys, I have 300 members that I have recruit previously to do online work, what I can use 300 members to help for? I have to paid them, but low cost. So Anyone here know what I can do with those peoples? Which area of business I can do over here?
My first thought is social bookmarking. 300 diggs, stumbles, netscape votes etc can be very valuable to users. Blog posting, forum post link building, data entry etc are few other things that springs to mind.
cool man, I think will start the bookmarking first. But other than those bookmarklets, izzit technorati and yahoo bookmark can make traffics too?
Yes they can. There are over 250 social bokmarking sites but I personally would be most interested in getting on the first page of those I have suggested above. You can also make social bookmarking packages where you post a link to lets say 100 bokmarking sites for a small fee. (this service is offer on the forum) If you have 300 people ready to work you could do a lot of those.

This is exactly what I would have said. Social bookmarking - there was a thread with the best sites here it is : http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=358610&highlight=social+bookmarking I suppose they also can participate in forums and have links in their signatures, and blog about your website on their own blogs.
You could also have them do link exchanges or write articles and submit them to directories with your link in the articles. Assuming each of them does 5 link exchanges or writes 5 articles, your looking at a significant increase in inbound links. Just be careful not to do this too quickly, but to do it slowly over a long period of time.
I recruiting them, ask them to help me and I will find the way to help them make money, then they are in!
