What you would be doing goes against CANSPAM compliance. Just because a person signs up for a free account on some site and in the TOS says they can send you offers dosn't actually mean you can send these people whatever you want. Now if you ran a newsletter of some sort, but with 30m emails i doubt this is the case, i would try to keep it going.
