I have 27 Websites And No Traffic.

Hello all, I have 27 websites and no traffic to speak of. I am in need of ideas to increase traffic. I am not talking about a "System" you work and Hope you get traffic later on. I need working ideas. ideas that bring traffic immediately. No Adsense, I have spent 1000's with that and never worked.

Just slap on wordpress on every site, and start pumping content. It's easy to get 50 visitors every day, which means you will get around 1500 a day

 

What is the best way to put wordpress on? Under a subdomain? I have some wordpress blogs..and alot of monitizing plugins. How does a wordpress blog get traffic to the main URL of the site?

 

Just put it straight to the domain, no subdomains, make every article appear on the frontpage, perhaps give aways something free, eBook, newsletter..?

 

why do you have 27 sites if non get traffic, why not 1 site and work on building it?

 

Most of my sites sell a product...and the main page is the sales page.....?? I have about 2 or 4 wordpress blogs set up that way, but they do not seem to do any business either. One of them has 626 links in google and does not make any sales from the plugin that show Clickbank products at all.

 

You are obviously not offering what your visitors are looking for

Try to make a 'profile' what floats your visitor's boat, and offer clickbank products that match

 

Well, i would rather build a larger website base and build all of them up.....

 

Try also article submitions.Write articles about your products and submit them in ezineartices.com, articlebase.com and similiar websites.This will bring you some quality traffic and will increase your sales.

 

I have 1000's of articles out on the internet, not getting much traffic from them. Spent alot of money on PLR articles, and article spinning, and posted many 1000 articles with alot of links at the botton of the articles....now my article submitter progam is not working, that the autoher of it will not get back with me.....so that does not seem to be possible right now.

 

1. sell all your sites
2. get a great idea for new site - you can find something people need, for example go to alexa and check out 5k most popular websites in US and copy a concept of one of them
3. after you get the idea for the site, create that one site. Do it right
4. work on your site and work on your traffic

That's the only way to make it online

You really should pick one site and make at least 30 pages for that one site. The reason you are probably not getting found in the search engines is because your site is being dismissed for not having enough content. Those landing pages that you see ranked high in google and yahoo are connected to a different site that gets loads of traffic making it easier to rank higher.

 

Sounds like you went about things totally the wrong way.

I'd recommend that you do some research, put some actual work into developing a good website (not just a bunch of re-hashed PLR content) and then work on promoting it.

I don't think you'll get anywhere with 27 crappy websites.

 

There are SO many ways to generate free traffic. I think it's more of a question... have you done your market research? Do you know what your target market wants? Are you GIVING them what they want?

Perhaps sending them directly to a salepage is not the right tactic for your market. You may have to send them to a landing page that offers free content, then follow up with a series of email that GIVES them quality content for free (to build a relationship and the all-important trust factor). THEN, once they know you, like you, and trust you, you can "recommend" the products at your salesletter sites.

 

The fact that you 27 websites, 1000's of articles, blogs, 1000's spent on Adsense and are still getting not traffic suggest one thing - you haven't defined your market properly. You might want to listen to previous advise and focus on just one moving forward.

 

Yes, I ask for advice, that does not mean i have to take your advice.....I have to make up my own mind, but having a few good ideas from people that are suppose to be experts does not hurt.

 

I have put alot of time,money and work into my sites.....how can you call them crappy when you do not even know what they are?
