I had a look at your site and saw that it was a forum. These are known as pretty hard to monetise. I suggest you add content on such as reviews, news and previews where you can post affiliate links and more google adsense. This will also increase your unique visitors and possibly increase the number of forum members.
Why don't you invest 1/2 the money in the site that is earning that and see if you can increase the revenue it generates. You can invest in PPC ads or banner ads.
I'd either produce an ebook and flip it on clickbank as previously mentioned. Or, produce a micro-subscription site and slowly build up a decent following. You might not make over $200 to start with but using viral marketing - after a short time it could well explode into something like this gardening website www.davesgarden.com started with 1 member (obviously) now has over 500,000 members PLUS 78,000 pay something like $5 a month to access area's of the site closed to normal free members. You can do the math surely! Pick something that interests YOU! Do some research, in no-time you'll have the million $ idea!
