You have a few options, it all depends on the time frame for your ROI which you expect. For more long term, I might invest in some backlinks which have the potential to help your ranks and get you more organic traffic down the road. For short term, there's PPC and the like which obviously drive fast traffic, but can be expensive, and you may never see a ROI. The best thing to do would be a combination of the both, by creating or hiring someone to create some viral content which can be used to gain organic links, buzz on forums or on other sites, etc. People love to spread links, but only when you give them a reason to -- and the traffic will just keep coming =).
Your kind of site will get benefit from submission to sites like Digg and Stumble Upon. Buy as many of those as you can!

And publicise it in a few places like digg, stumbleupon etc. Then get some short pro/con lists of each social networking site listed along with brief description you already have, by paying actual members of those sites to do it. Example: Bobok Pros Nice layout. Cons Low number of users Just an idea.
I believe PPC for this niche will be relatively inexpensive...therefore, high traffic in short waiting-span! Though, I would imagine difficulty in making money through this site..
On which keywords you want to show your site top? Is there any specific keywords you want target OR require only traffics? Try to submit your site in various directories where you will get one way links, try to purchase few cheap links on good PR sites.....It would be helpful to promote your site....Is It total $200 budget for one time OR $200 per month....?
