Nops... A Software named Efficient PPC will make your life easier. Google it.

You need to spend a lot of time though. Efficient PPC can create hundreds of ad groups with a click. You can then copy the text and paste in adwords editor and upload to your account.

You have a 1 million keyword limit, 25 campaigns, 100 ad groups per campaign and 50 ads per add group. I hit most of these limits this week. Efficient ppc is fun and if CJ was reporting properly then maybe i could claim it is profitable also.

No you can do it all offline. You can even put in all in one adgroup, then after they are sorted have the option of making the new adgroups.

That program does not give much control over the namimg of your adgroups and/or the ad placement for the groups. Stick with adwords editor or a spreadsheet.

I hate to be you, using 200k keywords LOL

Most super affiliates only use around a few hundred keywords if even that.

Yesterday I got very bad experience with adding "just" 100.000 keywords.
I 've got the bloody warning
"The keywords in your account are nearing an unmanageable size. We recommend that you reduce the number of keywords within your account."
I then reduced the amount of all things dramatically. I killed 8 of my 10 campaigns, I killed 800 of my 900 adgroups, so leaved only 100 per campaign.
I reduced, of course, keyword amount to about 2000 in all campaigns.
And I STILL have this bloody warning and can neither add a new campaign, nor a new keyword for my two old campaigns.
I don't really know, what to do with it.
And I am very curious, how do you suppose to add these "200.000" and ... what's been told later about 1 million words per account?
50.000 - the real numbers, I've read (too late though). And... shit! I am in shit with my todays 2000 and everlasting warning.

If you have 20000 keywords your traffic will be untargeted, Is you want to have some sort of gain you need to minimise your keyword to the limit. Maximum you can have 200 keywords. If it goes above that then it is a waste thing to do.....

There is no way all 200,000 keywords are relevant, and you'd probably be better served cutting your list somewhat.

And if they all really are relevant, I'd love to hear an explination on how.

No idea how you managed to research 200,000 keywords and have no method of sorting them out. I guessed you used something like Keyword Elite that grabs a huge bunch of keyword, with no regards for categorizing them. Manually sorting them out would be a bitch.

What I usually do is to find common themes, and put these themes into adgroups, before individually researching for more related keywords based on these themes and eventually, I'll have a kick-ass huge keyword list segmented nicely.

Have heard stuff about Efficient PPC, might consider taking a look at it.

But aj if you're banking with your keyword research method, probably you're right and we're all wrong :D
