I Have 2 projects and I need quotes...

    OK I two projects that I need done here they are:

    A joombla template or something like it that I can update on my own. I dont need to be able to update the design just the content and links.

    The other site will need to be unique I want to make a site dedicated to short films. I want people to be able to create there own profile and upload their shorts films. Their films will only be posted after getting my approval. I would like to have a showcase section where the top rated videos are posted.

    Forget the joombla template. Just need a basic site set up I just need to be able to update it myself.

    Correct! I think the second project can be done with a modified youtube script.
