I have 3 employees to do the SEO job. I’d like to have a good method to exchange links efficiently.

I have a small software development company, designing website about software sales. I want to promote a new site of pr0. Now I have two pr4 sites. I can exchange links with other websites from my pr4 site, and I want them to link back to my new site.

I need some advice from you:

How to find the target site of exchange links quickly?

How to judge whether a website is worthy to exchange links with? What factors should be taken into account? PageRank, Cached time, Or Relativity?

Which is better to put the links on the Homepage or to make a new links.html page?

How to enhance the work efficiency, exchanging more links in a shorter time?

I’m looking forwards to get more directions and help from experienced friends. Please help me, thank you.

A: Of course make a new page if you has too many links partner.

I'd suggest using something like LinkSnitch to keep track of your backlinks and make sure they're still up.

I'll try LinkSnitch. It seems good :)

I also want to know, for example, my site is about "data security", I want to promote a keyword of "encrypt files", my landing page is "www.xxx.com/encryptfiles.html". If I exchange links, whether it is better to link back to "www.xxx.com/enryptfiles.html" than to "www.xxx.com"?
