if you have that amount of money, you wouldn't ask anyone how to spend it.

Invest 30% of it into Real Estate. I don't mean your own home. What I mean is Income producing Real Estate. If you played monopoly as a kid you would know that you need to buy Real Estate to win the game. Every time money comes into your life, its like passing "GO" collect $200. Then you take that $200 and buy all the Real Estate you can. Fill up your side of the Board with Green houses and Red Hotels. Put your money to work for you.
