Never let your checking account run out and use your debit card. I got hit with 33 $25 fees and 24 $50 fees in a two day period. My stupid bank charges $25 per transfer from your saving to checking if you have no money in checking. When my savings account ran out because of the fees I started getting charged with $50 over draft fees. All but 8 of the fees were due to subscriptions. I have a crapload on one of my PayPal accounts and I let that run out of money so it went to my bank account. I also had 2 gym memberships, 3 WoW subscriptions, bunch of movie rentals, 4 video rental subscriptions, and more I wont list. Moral of the story- banks are douches and im dumb.
Oh that sucks. My worst one is -$290 because of the fees. I just opened a new bank account and Ill pay the other one off when I can LOL.
thats sucks dude. why would you need 2 gym memberships? you play WOW and goto the gym, I can't picture that, lol.
I have one for a gym in the city and a gym near this house. I used to bot WoW, not play it. I dont touch it anymore... I just havnt had the time to cancel them. Id probably be the skinniest WoW player youve seen either way ha.
yeah i got overdrafted for total $300 once. and i always tell myself "over use only with CC not with bank or they'll kill you charging daily unlike 1 time fee with CC"
I think it is time you get to learn how to manage your finances in a better way, overdraft facilities are normally charged very high interest rates. No point giving these money to the bank.
Oh!! I thought it was +$1664.83 !!! Never Mind.. Do take care of those lame bills atleast now... Otherwise, send me those lame 25 or 50 Dollars..
Ouch, that hurts.. I have never had that happen to me and i think the banks here are a little kinder if that would happen..
ouch overdraft charges are insane here in the uk too, we got a $40 charge for going $1 over and that was because of a direct debit.
Same with me in Australia. Luckily for me I went to the bank a few months later and they removed the fee.
My bank gives me free over draft protection My main personal account normally has a $0 balance. It auto draws from my business/corporate accounts when it needs money. If I had to pay those fees I'd keep money in all accounts!
