I have $100 to invest in my website, what are the best choices?

    If MONEY is your main concern/bottleneck, don't waste it on content you can create manually - spend the $20 that you have to spend, then start writing articles, post blog comments, manual directory submissions, etc. When you get some momentum going you'll have a much better idea of where you should throw that remaining $80

    However if you're looking to save time I'd recommend just buying the articles, you can actually get quite a bit of content for $80.

    yes, only spend money on content and backlinks.

    If you write your own articles, and only pay for proof reading (you need typo free articles both on your site and article directory) you can further reduce your cost on article writing.

    pay someone here or odesk to get some backlinks for you.
