Here are a few:
Convertkit.com; they charge $29 per month. You can get first month free.
Sendlane.com; depending on the size of your list they offer pricing structure. A list your size is probably around $30 per month.
MailChimp.com offers a package also.

I am using Mailchimp right now actually. But I was told MailJet is for those who has huge list but a small fortune to send to mass. I do like Mailchimp
