I have 10,000 email addresses, How do to send message to ALL?

Hi, I have 10,000 email address subscribers on website. I would like to send message to all of them.

I have tired using yahoo, gmail, msn and some others but they will not let me send that much email without flagging my account for spam.

i don't want to use feed burner. so can anyone tell me whats the best way of sending that much email ?

If you have free webmail with your hosting, it might let you do it there.

Yes if you only want to send email to multiple addresses then you should try some useful software like group email,email brain or send blaster. It would be helpful for you.

 

Yes, using specialized software is a good solution.

But very often, your mail service provider itself will flag you for spam soon. Try using software which can send emails in smaller portions scheduled over the day.
Personally, i am using a self-made PHP script which is being run by cron every few minutes and sending small portions of mail every time..

 

it is possible to send 10,000 e-mail to all and don't get it into the spam, you use software for e-mail and send it to all e-mail address, you will done easily and utilize your time in somewhere..

 

If your 10,000 email list are come from opt-in process so I would assume these ones are legit. You can choose many ways , both free and paid solution

1. You may use self hosting script like PHPlist.
2. You may consider use paid service such as iContact, ConstantContact

 

Depends largely on where that list came from. There are companies like Constant Contact that can certainly handle the job, if the addresses have agreed to an opt-in clause.

If it's a bought list, finding an email solution is a lot more difficult today then it was 5 years ago as people are much more spam conscious.

A pay-for service sounds like it would make the most sense for you. Beyond contacting massive amounts of people, the analytics they provide are extremely helpful. Wouldn't you like to know how many people open, unsubscribe or clickthrough your campaign? I am sure ConstantContact can do that for you or if you do one-off blasts, I know Campaign Monitor tracks that information and does affordable blasts (something like a 1cent per contact).

I also suggest You to use some free PHP script...It's much better because the web server will do the work!
